Lomi Lomi North Stradbroke Island – Minjerribah
The details
Overview
Ready for a heartfelt journey? Immerse yourself in our interactive retreat with massages, spiritual practices, self-discovery, and island adventures. This is a comprehensive massage certificate course.
Heartworks Lomi Lomi is a full body Hawaiian Healing Massage that brings the body into balance, by harmonising the heart, body, mind and spirit.
It is a very nurturing, powerful and detoxifying massage that works by cleansing the lymphatic system, soothing the mind, relieving muscle tension while clearing energy through the meridian lines in the body. Lomi Lomi is also known as a heart opening and spiritual healing massage, that is potentially life changing.
Why Lomi Lomi North Stradbroke Island – Minjerribah
A place as natural and picturesque as it is wildly spiritual, Minjerribah, affectionately known as ‘Straddie’ offers a perfect retreat venue for heart activation and Hawaiian massage. Enjoy the natural state of living by ‘island time’ exploring the many and varied natural features. The headland beaches wrap around the point so that no matter the wind direction or the swell, a perfect beach option is almost always guaranteed. To further support Hawaiian philosophy and processes we visit the deeply sacred inland lakes, rockpools, natural springs and walking trails.
The natural formations are further out in the Pacific than any of the Australian mainland, attracting all sorts of large marine life in visible view. From whales, dolphins and turtles to large manta rays and sharks, our visitors marvelled at the regular sightings. Not to forget the abundant land life, you may just catch a joey relaxing in its mother’s pouch or a cheeky Kookaburra on your deck looking for a feed.
We hold space on the sacred lands of the Quandamooka people and respect the original custodians of Minjerribah (Nth Stradbroke Island).
